I’m Denise O’Brien-Peterson, founder of Activate 10. I bring over 30 years of experience leading strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams within Fortune 100 companies. I have worked for Bank of America, HSBC, Citi, and Capital One, and with clients such as REI, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Neiman Marcus, and Mendards to develop partnership programs that would drive loyalty and ultimately engagement. In 2024, my perspective on the rest of my career was forever changed. After working with my coach, she said something that resonated with me. She said, “You are not defined by your role in Corporate America.” From that day forward, I focused on learning new skills that would position me to pursue work that energized me and aligned with my values.
